How to book

You can make an appointment with us via phone or our online booking system here.

What Happens Next

We’ll send you a text to remind you of your booking 24 hours before your appointment. You let us know you’re coming with a quick reply of YES reply, or alternatively call us to reschedule. If we don’t hear from you, we may need to cancel your appointment.

Pop us in your diary with a reminder alert that allows for travel time so we can make the most of our time together.

Cancelation Policy

If you happen to cancel under 24 hours and/or no show to your appointment more than two times, we will then have to take a non-refundable deposit of 20% on all future bookings made with us.

On the Day

The ideas start to flow. You tell us how you’re feeling about your look, what you’re hoping to achieve, and a little about your lifestyle and personality.

We listen carefully and take a good look at your locks, because we’re genuinely interested in getting to know you and your hair. Our goal is to make you look great and feel right at home.

Next, we go over our ideas together and decide on a path. Finally, you sit back and relax – sip on something nice – and we get busy creating your fresh new ‘do’.
