Service Returns / Refunds Policy

We value your satisfaction and strive to provide exceptional hair services at Loxx Salon. If you are unhappy with your hair service, we kindly ask that you notify us within two weeks of the original appointment date.

Before considering a refund, we offer clients the opportunity to discuss their concerns with the stylists who performed the service. Our team is committed to addressing and correcting any issues to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Refunds will be considered at the discretion of the salon owner. If after the stylist has had the opportunity to correct the service, you remain dissatisfied, please contact the salon owner/manager to discuss your concerns. Refunds will only be issued based on the nature of the issue and after a thorough evaluation by the owner/manager.

Product Returns / Refunds Policy

Once a product has been unsealed and or used, it is not eligible for a refund/return. Products can not be returned or refunded due to exchange of mind. In the circumstances of a product being damaged, you will then be entitled to an exchange.
